We are looking for a highly organised self-starter who can support both the Vice-President of Global Campaigns and our rapidly expanding international network of country teams around the world. This isn’t a normal 9-5 job: it will be exceptionally fast-paced, exciting and massively rewarding.

Change.org is the world’s fastest-growing platform for social change, growing by over half a million new members a month and pioneering a new model of distributed organizing that empowers anyone, anywhere to start, join, and win campaigns for social change.

Our belief is that building momentum for change globally means empowering citizen activists locally, and we provide the tools, support, and scale necessary for our members to win campaigns every day – from Seattle to South Africa.

You’ll be working to support our teams around the world — at present in the UK, Spain, India and Australia, but we will be starting up in more than a dozen countries over the coming months, including France, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Egypt and Japan.

The Executive Assistant, Global Campaigns will:

Provide PA and executive support to the VP of Global Campaigns, including diary management, internal and external communication, prioritisation, and decision support (this will be approximately a third of the role).

Manage small projects and provide project support across a portfolio of activities including campaigns, headhunting and communications.

Produce regular concise summaries, briefings, data analysis, and research notes.

Work closely with others to manage and maintain systems, improve communications, and develop new ways of working that will improve the teams’ culture and effectiveness.

Provide ad-hoc support to our teams in the UK and in other countries on operations, travel and logistics, working with the International Operations Manager.

Years of experience matter less to us than excellence. We will consider candidates ranging from promising recent graduates to seasoned professionals with previous relevant experience.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

Strong prioritisation skills, comfort with multitasking and attention to detail.

A highly adaptable and flexible approach to their work, and a proven ability to operate with uncertainty and in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

High levels of tenacity, initiative, discretion and diplomacy.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A passion for social change, and a strong interest in aiding your colleagues in their daily work so they can organise member-driven online campaigns and develop member capacity for ever-larger campaigns.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Application Information

To apply for the role, please click here

We are looking for candidates living in London, or able to relocate there.
